The Centre for Sustainability Accounting (CenSA) offers integrated sustainability accounting to companies and organisations in the UK. What does this mean?
Environmental and sustainability issues have become highly important and relevant for any company or organisation that cares about the wider impact of its business. Sustainability reporting, carbon management and Ecological Footprint analysis are just but a few of the approaches that are increasingly being used by businesses around the world.

Carbon Footprint calculations, as a measure of the total amount of carbon dioxide emissions that can be attributed to an activity, product or process. Activities include those of organisations, businesses, populations or individuals. We reliably quantify the full carbon impact with a minimum of data requirements. > example analysis.

Ecological Footprint analyses. This indicator measures the impact of human activity upon biological resources, and is useful in depicting whether or not this impact is within the regenerative capacity of the biosphere. Research on Sustainable Consumption and Production (SCP). Together with our partners, the Stockholm Environment Institute and the University of Sydney, we are involved in SCP research, developing and applying leading-edge environmental-economic modelling approaches. > more on SCP research.
